Sugar and rice come from certified producers in Thailand and Brazil; we can also source other commodities to specification through our producer network.

Premium Thai jasmine (Hom Mali) and white rice, milled and graded to order from certified mills — new-crop supply, packed in 25–50 kg bags. Tell us the grade, broken percentage and packing you need and we will confirm availability.

Often, yes. We source to specification through certified producers and processors in Thailand and Brazil. Send us the product, specification, volume and destination, and we will tell you honestly whether we can supply it.

It depends on the product and packing and is agreed per contract. Send your target volume and destination port and we will confirm what we can supply and on what schedule — we would rather tell you the real number than quote a minimum we can't hold.

Secured banking instruments, typically an irrevocable letter of credit. Exact terms are agreed per contract and set out in full in our offer before you commit. We do not ask for upfront payments outside a banking instrument.

Commodity prices move daily with the market, freight and destination, so we do not publish a static price list. Send product, quantity, destination port and target schedule and you receive a firm offer with pricing, terms and delivery schedule, usually within one business day.

Five steps: enquiry → firm offer → contract and banking instrument → independent inspection and loading at origin → sail and deliver, with documents released on schedule. The full process is described on our services page.

Both. We quote CIF to your destination port or FOB Thai port — whichever suits your side. On CIF terms we arrange the vessel, marine insurance and tracking from departure to discharge.

Commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, quality and inspection certificate, phytosanitary certificate for food lots as the destination requires, bill of lading released per the agreed payment terms, and a marine insurance certificate on CIF shipments.

An independent inspector at origin verifies weight, purity or grade, and packing before anything is sealed and loaded, and the inspection report is shared with the buyer before shipment. Pre-shipment inspection by the buyer's nominated agency can also be arranged.

Thai cargo ships from Laem Chabang and Bangkok; Brazilian cargo from Santos and other Brazilian ports as the contract specifies. Transit time depends on the destination and vessel schedule and is stated in the offer along with the loading window.

We encourage due diligence. Request our company registration documents, verify us with Thailand's Department of Business Development, meet us in Bangkok or on a video call, and insist on independent inspection at origin before any lot ships. A trading company: Asia Supply Center Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-registered importer and exporter that contracts directly with certified producers and refineries and takes responsibility for the shipment end to end. We are not a commission broker passing enquiries along a chain.

Yes — strictly. All negotiations remain confidential between buyer and supplier, and we respond only to concrete, serious proposals. Discretion is a stated policy, not a courtesy.
